a team player only when there is a compelling reason to do so
- Focus on
issues that both (i) apply to most Plan Participants, and (ii)
have a significant impact (whether positive or negative) on the
level of benefits that will ultimately be provided to such Participants
- Make the
personal commitment necessary to know the truth and then do the
right thing.
